Education and training:

1992 - Judo trainer title, obtained at the Vojvodina Institute of Physical Culture in Novi Sad

1992 - Title of first-class trainer for judo, obtained at the Institute for Physical Culture of Vojvodina in Novi Sad

1996 - Graduated from the Faculty of Physical Culture in Belgrade

2010 - Completed master's studies at the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education in Niš

2014 - At the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education in Niš, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Effects of specific training on the cardiorespiratory endurance and contractile potential of judoka's muscles" and obtained the academic title of Doctor of Physical Education

1998-2008. - Lecturer at the Sports Academy in Belgrade, on the subject "Theory and Methodology of Martial Arts"

2016 - He is a lecturer with the title of assistant professor at the Faculty of Sports of the University "Union - Nikola Tesla" in Belgrade

2016 - Docent at the National Security Academy of the Republic of Serbia

He is the author of a large number of scientific works in sports.

 

Engagement in sports:

1974-1995. Multiple champion of the SFRY in judo in all age categories and multiple champion of the Balkans, winner of the Mediterranean and European medals in 1988. Participant of the Olympic Games in Seoul in 1988. As a team for the clubs he played for, he was national champion seven times (SFRJ and FRY), five times champion of the SFRJ Cup, won fifth place at the European Cup of Champions Clubs. He is a 7th-day black belt.

1994 - 1999. Coach of the men's senior national team

1997 - 2001. Member of the Board of Directors of the Judo Federation of Serbia

1998 - 2008. Lecturer at the sports academy in Belgrade

2000 - 2014 General Secretary of the Sports Association "Red Star"

2001 - 2012. President of the Board of Directors of the Judo Federation of Serbia

Since 2012: President of the Assembly of the Judo Federation of Serbia

2012 - 2016. President of the Balkan Judo Federation

Since 2011: Member of the Sports Commission in the European Judo Federation

Since 2012: Member of the Advisory Board of the President of the European Judo Federation Sergey Soloveitchik
